Real Cities Teams with Media News Group to…Sell More Ads

Raleigh-based Real Cities Network announced on Tuesday it will sell online advertising for an additional 51 newspapers owned by the Media News Group, adding to the 31 MNG newspapers already represented by Real Cities. Hulu in Trouble Already - Lulu.com Files Suit for Trademark Infringement

Lulu.com, the successful self publishing services company based just down the road in Morrisville, NC, is suing the NBC-News Corp. joint venture “Hulu” for trademark infringement. The complaint alleges that the use of the similarly spelled domain qualifies as “unfair and deceptive trade practices and for federal cyberpiracy.” Harsh words.
